Remove blue protective film from the surface, install two AAA batteries, and press the power button on a flat surface to turn it on. Press once to turn on, long press for 3 seconds to turn off. The scale automatically turns off if the displayed weight remains unchanged for 4 minutes; the backlight turns off in 10 seconds. Use the unit button to switch between grams, kilograms, pounds, ounces, water ml, and milk ml. The tare function subtracts the weight of the container. Features low battery and overload indicators. Do not place the scale on carpets or soft materials during use. Do not immerse the scale in water or use detergents. Clean any plastic part of the scale immediately after contamination with oil, spicy ingredients, vinegar, or other irritating substances. Place the scale on a solid, level, and wind-free platform, as ambient wind can affect readings.
