Instructions for Use/Warnings
In soups and stews: Add it to enhance nutritional value and delicious flavor. Main dishes: Ideal for risotto, pilaf, or any recipe that requires soft, chewy grains. Salads and hot breakfast cereals: Can be served after cooking as part of a nutritious breakfast or added to salads. Stovetop cooking method: Boil two cups of water with a teaspoon of salt, add one cup of washed barley, boil again, then reduce heat and let it cook for 25-30 minutes until the grains soften, drain the water and serve. Slow cooker cooking: Add one cup of washed barley, 4 cups of water, and a teaspoon of salt, cook on low heat for 2.5-3 hours or high heat for 50-60 minutes. Barley must be cooked before consumption to make it soft and digestible. The product contains gluten and is not suitable for those with gluten sensitivity.
