Your response is not convincing at all. I am a customer of your store, and the responsibility lies with you, not the roaster. The coffee I received is spoiled and has a foul odor, which is a manufacturing defect or poor storage on your part. Either refund my money or I will be forced to file a formal complaint through the (Commercial Report) app to protect my rights. I await your prompt response.
Answer from MIBRU
Dear valued customer, Thank you for your message, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Please return the order to us so we can inspect it and determine what may have happened. Once we receive and review the product, we will take the appropriate action and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
