Choose a suitable spot inside the car. Select a flat surface on the dashboard or the center console to securely mount the holder. Make sure the surface is clean and free of dust to ensure a good bond. Attach the holder to the surface. Remove the protective cover from the 3M adhesive strip on the base of the holder. Press the mount firmly onto the surface you’ve chosen to secure it tightly. Setting up your phone for magnetic attachment If your phone doesn’t support MagSafe or doesn’t have a built-in magnet, attach the included metal plate (if available) to the back of your phone or between your phone and a protective case. Place the phone on the mount. Bring the phone close to the magnetic part of the mount; the magnetic force will attract it and it will attach automatically. Adjust the angle to your liking. You can rotate the phone or adjust its angle within the mount until you reach the best position for viewing or navigation while driving.
