Instructions for Use/Warnings
Apply twice daily. After thoroughly cleaning eyes and eyebrows from any makeup: Eyelashes: Apply a thin line along the outer base of the upper and lower lash line using the applicator brush and let it dry for 1-2 minutes. Eyebrows: Apply the serum using the applicator along the natural eyebrow line, use enough to moisturize the eyebrows and gently massage with fingertips and let it dry for 1-2 minutes. For thicker, fuller, and longer eyelashes and eyebrows within 4-6 weeks with full improvement in 3 months.
