Instructions for Use/Warnings
1. Preparation: Place the ingredients in the pot (meat, chicken, vegetables, etc.). Add water or broth (there must be liquid to create steam). Important: Do not fill the pot more than two-thirds full. 2. Closing the Pot: Make sure the gasket (rubber ring) is clean and properly installed. Close the lid tightly. Place the pressure valve (weight) on top of the opening. 3. Cooking: Place the pot over high heat initially. Once the valve starts making noise and steam escapes: reduce the heat to medium or low. Start timing based on the type of food: Chicken: 15–20 minutes Meat: 25–40 minutes Vegetables: 5–10 minutes 4. When finished, turn off the heat. Do not open the pot immediately! Wait for the pressure to release: either let it cool naturally, or carefully lift the valve (using a spoon) to release the steam. 5. Opening Once the steam has completely dissipated, open the lid away from your face. ⚠️ Important safety tips: Do not open the pot while it is pressurized. Make sure the steam vent is not blocked. Do not leave it unattended. If no steam escapes, there is likely a problem with the seal. 👍 Benefits of an aluminum pressure cooker: Cooks faster than a regular pot. Saves gas/electricity. Preserves the flavor of the food
