Instructions for Use/Warnings
Method of use and dosage: One capsule is used daily orally, after food, 1-2 hours before sleep. The dosage can be continued for up to 13 weeks as directed by the doctor. Doctor's or pharmacist's instructions must be strictly followed. Warnings and precautions: Do not use if you have a severe allergy to melatonin or any component of the capsule. Tell your doctor if you are taking any medications such as: antidepressants (e.g., fluvoxamine), antiepileptics (carbamazepine), stomach medications (cimetidine), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, benzodiazepine and non-benzodiazepine hypnotics, blood pressure regulating medications, alcohol, and tryptophan. Pregnancy and lactation: Do not use during pregnancy or lactation, or if you are trying to conceive without consulting a doctor. Driving and operating machinery: May cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate machinery if you feel drowsy.
