To make yogurt, stir a small portion of plain natural laban or yogurt into warm milk in one of the two included containers. Use the rotating knob to set the speed. For Greek yogurt, strain plain yogurt to remove whey. For ricotta style cheese, follow the recipe in the instruction booklet.
