Wash the areas you want to exfoliate and lighten with cleanser and lukewarm water. Gently pat those areas dry, but make sure they remain slightly damp. Apply an appropriate amount of cream to the areas you want to lighten, massaging gently in circular motions. Wait until it dries on the skin, then rub it in with circular motions and rinse it off with lukewarm water. You can repeat this twice a week.
