Product Q&As
I received the bag and tried to store a 15.6 inch laptop. Unfortunately, it did not fit in the bag. It is not as described, 15.6 and 16 inches.
Answer from morcacanta
Hello, everyone can use it, the patterns are accordingly, but if you are using a very old laptop, it may not fit. Because the old ones are thick and very wide.

Is there a waterproof feature? Will I get water on my devices or documents on a sticky day?
Answer from morcacanta
Hello, the material is waterproof, but it is very dense and exposed to water in excessive rain. It can leak

Hello, it says 15.6-16 inch, but some comments say that the computer does not fit. You don't send another bag with different sizes, right?
Answer from morcacanta
Hello, not every computer is the same size. The products are suitable for new generations. For example, there is a significant difference between a 15.6 inch screen produced 10 years ago and the ones produced now due to factors such as screen frame thickness and width. If your product is a new generation, it will fit, if it is old, it may not fit, sir.
