Usage tips: Use the liner after applying lipstick. For a fuller look choose a shade slightly lighter than the lipstick; for a more defined look choose a slightly darker shade; to match exactly choose the same shade as the lipstick. After selecting the shade, outline the lip edges with the pencil. To use the liner alone: Method 1 — outline the lips and then fill them completely with the liner for a bold, long-lasting color. Method 2 — moisturize your lips, wait 2–4 minutes, blot excess gently, choose a natural tone (flesh/pink/soft red), outline and fill the lips with the liner, then blot after about 30 seconds for a healthy, natural look. The result can last about 4 hours.
