Driving: Exercise caution when driving or operating machinery, as the medication may cause drowsiness or blurred vision. Drug Interactions: Do not take concurrently with MAOIs, Thioridazine, Lithium, or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., Ketoconazole). Ensure a 14-day washout period after stopping these medications before starting Lejam. Hydration: Ensure you are well-hydrated before taking the tablet to minimize the risk of fainting (syncope).

Do not use if: You have a history of heart failure, significant liver or kidney impairment, or a history of mania/severe depression.
