Clean and dry your hands and nails before application. Apply a small amount of the liquid around the nail edges and cuticle area. Allow it to work briefly so the excess skin becomes softer. Gently push back or remove the softened cuticle using an appropriate manicure tool. Clean the nail area after finishing and follow with a suitable hand or cuticle moisturizer.
