The top panel is made of poor-quality plywood—it crumbled and came loose from the fastening screw while we were installing it, and some of the screws wouldn't go in.

The quality is poor. When I ride in it, it starts to come apart, and a shelf inside has broken; it's made of wood shavings on the inside.
