Switching sides: Use the large side to examine adults, and rotate the chest to use the small side for children. Open mode: On the Classic III model, you can remove the small diaphragm and attach the cold-protective rubber rim to convert it into an open bell. Ear position: Make sure the earplugs are facing forward (towards the nose) to ensure complete sound insulation and comfort in the ear canal.
