Instructions for use:wash and dry your hands thoroughly

warming the finger may increase blood flow

insert a test strip into the meter

use the lancet to the side of the fingertip

gently press or massage until a round blood drop forms

touch the test strip channel with the edge of the blood drop

after a short delay the meter displays the blood glucose level

remove the used strip by the edges and clean the finger with alcohol swabs.
