    Act Melatonin is an advanced dietary supplement designed to support healthy sleep and help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

    An effective formula combining melatonin and selected plant extracts to promote relaxation and calm the body and mind before sleep.

    Features: Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

    Contains Ashwagandha to help reduce stress and support relaxation.

    Chamomile extract known for its calming properties.

    Green tea extract (L-Theanine) to support mental calmness.

    Fortified with Vitamin B6 to support the nervous system.

    Suitable for men and women over 18 years old.

    Active ingredients per tablet: Melatonin: 2 mg, Ashwagandha (10:1): 150 mg, Chamomile (10:1): 50 mg, L-Theanine: 25.5 mg, Vitamin B6: 5 mg.

    How to use: One tablet daily before sleep or as directed by a doctor.

    Warning: Do not exceed the ed daily dosage.
