ADAB My Journey in Management by منى عبدالمحسن العيبان

Product description

In a time when management concepts are accelerating and leadership definitions are changing, this book comes to bring us back to the core

to the human being who stands behind the decision, and to the leader who manages consciously, not by orders, and believes that education is deeper than schedules, plans, and regulations. in this book, there is a summary of a leadership experience that extended for more than three decades, starting as a teacher who believed in the message of the class and the student as a human being, then as a principal who believed that the school is a living being that breathes with system and spirit together, then as a higher educational leader who sees that management is not power, but consciousness, accountability, and responsibility. the book does not provide ready-made lessons in management, but rather a living journey that mixes thought and attitude, between experience and feeling. the new leader will find in it what guides him, the teacher what rekindles his passion, and the decision-maker what reminds him that education is not managed by the mind only, but also by the heart. it is a book that is not read only with the eye of the administrator, but with the heart of the educator who wants to see meaning in every decision, and an effect in every achievement.
