Should pottery be coated with oil or soaked in water?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, you do not need to take any action. For the first use, it will be enough to add a little more oil to the food, you can use it directly. 🌸

Translated by Google

Is it placed directly on high heat?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, yes you can use 🌸

Translated by Google

Can I cook it in the stove, I mean on wax?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, you can cook it on the stove, it is possible on the mountain, it is fire resistant.

Translated by Google

Is there any need to lubricate after receiving it?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, no need, you can use it directly.

Translated by Google

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, yes it is available, you can see it in the 37 cm ad.

Translated by Google

Doesn't it crack?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, if you use it in accordance with the user manual, it will serve you for many years, otherwise, write to us directly and take photos, we will help you, our products are guaranteed.

Translated by Google

Hello.. I wonder why it's annoying? This is the first time I see something like this in clay bowls. Or does it turn black with use? Fillings were made in the comments. Can it be used on the stove top? Or did the person give it to the oven? Where is it used? Thank you in advance

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, our products are stonewashed by baking in ovens between 800-950 degrees. The un-baked product crumbles in your hand like play-doh. If you mean the inside to be black, we do a subsequent blackening process with the wood we know. Frankly, it's nothing but advertising and marketing. It does more harm than good, love, happy shopping You can use the 28 and 33 cm ones on the stove, the 37-41 cm ones are not suitable for use on the stove.

Translated by Google

Does it hold 2-3 kilos of meat?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, it can easily carry 2 kilos, have fun shopping.

Translated by Google

Do I need to do anything when it arrives? How do I clean it?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, you do not need to do any operation, you can use it directly. For the first use, you only need to use a little extra oil from the food. You can clean it with hot water and vinegar water. It is not suitable for machine washing. You can use detergent, but you need to rinse it very well. Enjoy. shopping

Translated by Google

will the smell remain if fish is done in the product

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, the oil and smell of the fish will fade, the smell may remain. If you wish, you can look at our unglazed fish pans.

Translated by Google

Hello, what is the empty weight of the product? What is the empty weight of one large size?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

hello, it weighs about 2.5-3.0kg (large size 37cm)

Translated by Google

Hello, is it fire resistant? We will use it in camping cooking videos. Is it polished inside?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, this product is durable, you can use it with peace of mind, do not use it wet (newly washed) or empty, have a pleasant shopping.

Translated by Google

Hello, is the interior of the product glazed?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello no it is not, only soil is available

Translated by Google

Hello, the casserole dish I bought from you was not armored and it cracked and started to leak while cooking the food. How can you help me?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, let us help you, it has nothing to do with the blackness of the armor, it is probably a production error, write to us from the information in the brochure that comes with it, we will send you a new one. love

Translated by Google

Can you please tell me what is the asbestos content in the product?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, the soil we use is Cappadocia Avanos and Kahramanmaraş soil. It has a lower asbestos content than Eskişehir soil. Best regards

Translated by Google

Hello, is there a 35 cm version of this product?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, 33 cm available

Translated by Google

Is it compatible with home ovens? How many degrees is it resistant to?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, you can use it in all kinds of ovens at very high temperatures (400 and above) with peace of mind. Best regards, have a pleasant shopping.

Translated by Google

Can we do the glazing process on the stove we normally use for cooking?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, there's no need for you to perform any action; we definitely do not recommend applying any kind of coating or lubricant, especially on the stove. Just add a little extra oil to the first batch, and you can use it right away. 🌸

Translated by Google

Can we use it by filling it with vegetables and meat up to the middle?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, you can use it in the oven for any purpose, but you need to be careful when using it on the stovetop. Best regards.

Translated by Google

After purchasing the product, we don't need to perform any action directly; we can use it, right? There's no need for a process like lighting a fire.

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, you do not need to take any action. Just put a little bit of the fat from the first meal, it will be enough, you can use it directly

Translated by Google

Hello, do I need to give it to a bakery and burn it?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, you do not need to take any action. Just add a little more oil to the first dish, you can use it directly. 🌸

Translated by Google

You said not to fill it halfway, but to fill it completely. For example, we made cheddar meatballs. You can think of the belly as a slit, but it looks like half. Is there any problem if we cover the top with dough?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, you can use it that way, no problem.

Translated by Google

Is it suitable for cooking over embers on a grill? Will it crack on embers?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, if the embers are suitable and at a reasonable height, they will not crack, but if you put them directly on the fire without embers, they may crack.

Translated by Google

How much is it with the cover?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

We have the model with a cover in our store, you can check it out there, best regards, happy shopping.

Translated by Google

Sir, I don't understand how to eat food without greasing it or adding water to it.

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

You can put it inside, the outside should not be freshly washed

Translated by Google

Hello. Thank you for your answers. Can we use it on the stove top?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

You can use it up to 33 cm, do not use it empty or wet, please, love.

Translated by Google

Hello. Is the crock oven baked? Can we cook as soon as we receive it? What are your suggestions?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, our products are stoneware by baking them in ovens between 800-950 degrees. The uncooked product falls apart in your hands like play dough. If you mean the inside is black, we do a post-darkening process with wood ash as we know. Frankly, it's nothing but advertising and marketing. It has more harm than benefit, you can use the product directly, do not lubricate, burn etc., best regards, have fun shopping

Translated by Google

Hello. I bought a medium size (33 cm) soil tray without a lid, but I also want a lid. Can I get it as an extra now?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello yes it is available in our store

Translated by Google

Is there one with a lid that is 33 cm in diameter and 7 cm deep?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello yes it is available in our store

Translated by Google

Also, how should we clean it?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

We recommend it with hot water and vinegar water.

Translated by Google

Is it suitable for use in a normal home oven?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, yes you can use it appropriately.

Translated by Google

Hello, can we use it in the oven without any operation?

Answer from AdenArt Pottery

Hello, you do not need to take any action. Just put a little bit of the fat from the first meal, it will be enough, you can use it directly

Translated by Google
