Place an appropriate amount of wisdom powder in a clean bowl. Gradually mix the powder with a little lukewarm water or a suitable oil until you get a mixture that’s easy to spread. Apply the mixture to your hair and scalp, massaging gently. Leave it on for up to two hours, depending on how well your hair and scalp tolerate it. Wash your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water and shampoo. You can repeat this treatment once or twice a week as needed.
