ALLDAY Mink-Canguru Pocket Tracksuit Set

Please come back in stock in every color.

I ordered the product with great enthusiasm and frankly, it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The fabric, stance and overall look are really successful. Also, I was very pleased with how quickly the shipment arrived. However, unfortunately, I had a serious problem. Although the product was supposed to be sent in two pieces (top and bottom) as a tracksuit set, I only received the top piece. This has been a huge disappointment to me. The one I had in the process was even more annoying. The company initially said they did not have the product. Then they stated that the product was supplied and that I should create a missing product request. However, since the system initially displayed “no product”, the option to create a missing product request was not available to me. So, even though I was directed, I technically could not open a request. What's even more frustrating is that my attempts to resolve this issue have been fruitless. Even though I wrote many times via Trendyol assistant, I did not receive a response and my request for the missing product was not responded to in any way. The quality of the product is really good, but unfortunately my overall experience was negative when the after-sales support was so inadequate. So I suggest people shopping to consider this.
