The water heater is broken and the steamer is broken, meaning it only makes noise and doesn't work. I don't know how to return it. Write to me and I'll return it and give you your money back. No, I want to fix it, and I don't know how. If anyone knows how to fix it or make it work, please contact me on TikTok at mo994252.

The product doesn't work—no extraction, no vaporization, nothing.
