Original product from Al Saif, the milk and water glass is a little weak, but the product as a whole is good.

The first thing I asked for when I searched for it and watched the videos was that it was good at first and made good coffee. On the fourth day, unfortunately, it started making bad coffee and cutting me off. I don't know who to contact. I'm upset, but I'll give it time and keep trying. Maybe it will work out. 🙁

The product was received defective, and when I tried to return it, they refused to accept the return because the box was damaged. I do not recommend anyone to buy it.

The seller is a total scammer. The machine doesn't work—it doesn't froth milk, doesn't dispense water, and doesn't make coffee. Plus, the carafe is broken, and he refused to accept a return. Unfortunately, all the reviews say the machine doesn't work, so no one should buy from him.

It's a bad product, the pump doesn't work, I tried to return it twice, but the seller refused, so I filed a complaint against him with the Ministry of Commerce. My advice: don't buy from this seller.

Unfortunately, I found the water tank broken. I tried to use it, but unfortunately, it also has a problem with water flow. Please return it or replace it with another one.

Unfortunately, it arrived and doesn't work at all—it just makes noise without dispensing any espresso or milk. I returned it, but they refused to accept it and won't refund the money; they want me to file a report, which is ridiculous. The product doesn't work, and the seller refuses to take it back. What should I do in a situation like this????

The product doesn't work—it just makes a noise and doesn't dispense coffee or milk, even though I followed all the instructions in the manual. I definitely do not recommend buying it.
