The special product combination has many features and the advanced technologies applied in this premium coating have given the product significant advanced features. As a result, cooking requires less effort and pans are even easier to clean. OPTITEMP™ non-stick coated stainless steel utensils with thick bottom, ergonomically designed handle and grip. The solid base provides excellent heat distribution to ensure even cooking of food. The pan bodies are made of special thick stainless steel with at least 18% chromium (for corrosion resistance) and 8 - 10% nickel (to make it easier to shape the cookware). The base is made of ferromagnetic stainless steel to adapt to induction cookers. OPTITEMP base provides better heat distribution and retains heat better than other common cooking materials such as cast iron, stainless steel and enameled carbon steel
