This was the worst order I’ve ever made. I received the phone without an invoice and couldn’t find it in the app either. I’ve been trying to get the invoice from the seller through Trendyol for over two weeks, but with no success. As a result, I had to pay approximately 37% in taxes when the item arrived in my country, simply because I couldn’t provide the required invoice.
