I returned the product due to a manufacturing defect, as it was leaking water. I tested it with water only, then returned the product in its original packaging as it was and sent it back to you. I was informed that the amount would be refunded, so I bought the product again and am now using it. Then the return was rejected, which is unacceptable. Please resolve the issue and refund the amount. before I resort to filing a complaint with the official authorities.

What is the difference between it and the previous version?
Answer from Arzum Shop - KSA
Peace be upon you. Here is a brief and comprehensive overview of the differences between the Arzum OK0040 Elite and previous versions: ✅ OK0040 Elite features: Control via a Ghost Touch Panel instead of traditional buttons. Slow Brew mode for slowly brewing Turkish coffee in approximately 4 minutes. Automatic detection of the boiling point to ensure perfect taste regardless of atmospheric pressure or altitude. One-Touch Operation with Self-Cleaning feature. Audible and visual alerts when finished or when a problem occurs. 🔹 Difference from older versions: Previous versions such as OK0012 or OK0026 do not have a touch screen like the Elite, and do not support Slow Brew mode with the same time efficiency. Self-cleaning and sound and light alerts are limited or unavailable in older models with the same specifications.
