Instructions for Use/Warnings
Instructions for Use: Rinse the product with clean water before use. Place the filter completely inside the aquarium water. Connect the air hose to the filter and the other end to the air pump. When using for the first time, gently squeeze the sponge to release any air bubbles inside. After turning on the air pump, check that the filter is producing air bubbles regularly. Use the filter by placing it upright on the bottom of the aquarium. When cleaning the sponge, it should be gently squeezed using only water taken from the aquarium. Using tap water may harm beneficial bacteria. Depending on the intensity of use, it is recommended to replace the filter sponge with a new one approximately every 6 months. Regular maintenance ensures efficient biological filtration and keeps the aquarium water clean.
