Instructions for Use/Warnings
Make sure the skin is clean and dry (free of oils and thick hair). Press the device’s wire connector onto the electrode connector before placing it on the body. Remove the electrode from the plastic liner and attach it to the target muscle. Start the session and gradually increase the intensity. When finished, remove the electrode from the pad and return it to the plastic liner inside the protective pouch to keep it from drying out.
