USE AND CARE: Remove any labels first.

Before first use, you should rinse your new pan under hot water, dry it off and rub the pan lightly with vegetable oil or shortening.

The pan is excellently suited for fat-reduced and fat-free cooking and frying the anti-stick effectiveness of the pan may be reduced when using the wrong kind of fat or oil which cannot be heated to a high temperature, e g olive oil, or if it is frequently cleaned in the dishwasher.

You should not allow food residues to dry onto the pan.

Simply wipe out the pan with a kitchen towel or clean using hot water and detergent.

Please do not use steel wool or abrasive cleansers which contain sand or the abrasive side of sponges.

We recommend that you clean your pan by hand, as concentrated dishwasher detergents sometimes damage aluminum and cast aluminum cookware.

When handling the pan, it is best to use kitchen utensils made of wood, plastic or silicone.
