Massage a generous and even amount onto the skin 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reducing the amount to be applied will significantly reduce the level of protection. To maintain sun protection, repeat the application frequently and reapply after each sweating, drying and contact with water. Repeat frequently, especially after swimming and drying off. Avoid sun exposure at midday (between 11:00-16:00) when the sun is intense.
