If the gas runs out, how do I refill it?
Answer from Balloonee KSA
These helium tanks are disposable. Once empty, they can’t be refilled you’ll need a new tank for more balloons

How many balloons can I inflate, roughly?
Answer from Balloonee KSA
Dear Customer, Thank you for your message and for your interest in our product. Please note that the Balloonee Mega Disposable Helium Party Kit is designed to inflate approximately 100 pieces of 9-inch latex balloons under standard conditions. However, actual results may vary due to several factors. The size and quality of the balloons can affect helium consumption, which may reduce the total number of balloons inflated. Additionally, overinflating the balloons something many customers tend to do can cause the helium to be used more quickly, resulting in fewer balloons being filled than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Best regards, Balloonee Thank you.

What does “one-time use” mean? I’m planning to use it to inflate 10 balloons and save the canister for Eid al-Adha. Will that work?
Answer from Balloonee KSA
You can use it again later, but please note that the helium will gradually reduce over time after opening, so it may not have enough pressure for full use next time.

54, 11" latexballoons
or 54, 18" foil/Mylar balloons.
For best results: Seal the black nozzle tightly and Avoid over-inflate the balloons.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Why did my tank not fill as many balloons as it says on the box? The Balloonee disposable tank has approximately 15 percent more capacity than what is needed to fill the supplied number of balloons at the designated size when filled per instructions.
Avoid overinflating them, since latexballoons tend to expand oversize, this will reduce helium gas as well as floating time.
To prevent waste and leakage while filling, please ensure that you have a good seal between the easy-fill nozzle and the balloon neck.
Why did my balloon not float, or float for only a few hours? Using balloons the type of balloon you are using (e.
g.
, latex, aluminized plastic, or foil/mylar,) under/over-inflating the balloon, as well as external factors such as temperature and altitude, can affect how long a balloon will float.
