For flowers and ornamental plants: Apply one teaspoon (about 5–10 grams) around the base of the plant, away from the main stem, once a month during the growing season, along with direct watering. For turf (new soil): Broadcast at a rate of 20–30 grams per square meter before sowing seeds or laying sod. For established turf: Broadcast at a rate of 15 grams per square meter twice a year (early spring and early fall) to promote density.
