Product Q&As
Hello, what is the bottom diameter, thank you
Answer from Tasarım Evi
The bottom diameter is getting thicker towards the top, sir, so even if the bottom fits, the middle may not fit.

Hello, there are complaints that it started to leak from the lid after 1 month. Are such situations happening?
Answer from Tasarım Evi
sir it doesn't work

Hello, if we use it in the car, will it leak when shaken to drink coffee?
Answer from Tasarım Evi
It won't, sir. Not all our thermoses do
Translated by Google
Does it only keep you warm? Does it have a cold retention feature? If there is a problem with the cover, can we buy a new one from you?
Answer from Tasarım Evi
Hello, it keeps it cold, sir. Unfortunately, there is no spare cover.

Product details
Product description
Non-slip base feature 4 to 6 hours hot-cold retention feature 500 ml The inner and outer parts of the thermos cup are metallic Product dimensions 19.5 cm x 9 cm Safety warning (for thermos with vacuum lid) It is recommended that you do not close the lid immediately after pouring hot water at boiling temperature in vacuum thermos and wait for a minute.
Hot water will expand the metal body and pressurize the vacuum lid in this case.
It is absolutely necessary to open the lids of vacuum thermoses filled with hot water slowly, especially when used with hot liquids, and to ensure that the accumulated pressure returns to normal.
These warnings should be paid attention to as sudden pressure compression may cause burns. All stainless steel products waiting for a long time in a humid environment may rust.
Rust is inevitable if the cover is tightly closed when the product is wet and remains damp for a while in this way.
This is a mistake not due to the product but due to misuse.
Wash the products made of stainless steel after use and let them dry without closing the cover. In this way, there will be no moisture inside the body.
You can close the lid after drying.
As long as you pay attention to the issues mentioned above, you can use your product in a healthy way for years.
(note: The "moisture absorbent bags" inside the stainless steel products are placed to prevent moisture inside the product and prevent rust.
