Instructions for Use/Warnings
How to Install the BDR DF-203 Siphon Repair Kit in 6 Steps: 1. Shut off the water: Close the angle valve under the toilet and unscrew the empty siphon using the drain screws. 2. Remove the old parts: Unscrew the nut from the top, and remove the old drain assembly and the old packing assembly with the float. 3. Install the new discharge core: Insert the DF-203 upper discharge core through the siphon opening, secure the nut from above, and install the recessed screws. 4. Install the new fill core: Install the lower fill core with its float, and connect the flexible hose to the valve from below. 5. Adjusting the water level: Set the float to the “Max” mark inside the siphon so the water doesn’t overflow or back up. 6. Operational test: Turn on the water and let the siphon fill up; test the small button for a half-flush and the large button for a full flush. **Important Notes:** 1. Fits 90% of Western-style toilets with 38–45 mm openings. 2. If water leaks after installation: Make sure the rubber gasket is properly seated under the flush valve. 3. If the siphon fills slowly: Clean sediment from the flush valve filter. 4. Installation does not require a plumber—anyone can install it with a 10 mm wrench. Installation time: 10–15 minutes
