Secure the device on a flat surface at a height appropriate for the patient’s sitting position. The patient should grip the handle while keeping the elbow at a 90-degree angle. The patient should begin rotating the handle slowly to the right and left (supination and pronation movements) through the full range of motion. Resistance should be adjusted gradually as treatment progresses. Continue the exercise to increase wrist and forearm flexibility and strengthen the rotator cuff muscles.
