It helps to alleviate complaints such as redness and flaking. Bepanthol ® Sensiderm helps to relieve redness that may occur due to dryness, atopic dermatitis, and allergic reactions on the skin, and helps to soothe the skin. Bepanthol ® Sensiderm strengthens the skin barrier with the special lamellar lipids in its content. In this way, the skin's own lipid layers, which form a natural protection against irritation, are strengthened, and this not only helps to eliminate redness but also supports the skin's renewal and improvement process.

what is it and how should it be treated? Dryness, atopic dermatitis, allergic skin reactions, and many different irritations can cause redness, swelling, and itching on the skin. In such cases, the lipid layer, which forms the skin barrier, can be damaged and triggered. These lipids, which are primarily composed of ceramides, form a natural protection against irritation. When this protective barrier is damaged, the skin loses water. This situation causes dryness and itching on the skin. The vulnerable skin barrier has difficulty preventing irritants that can cause skin irritation from entering the body, and this situation causes more itching. Therefore, in cases such as dryness, atopic dermatitis, allergic skin reactions and other different skin irritations, bepanthol ® Sensiderm has been developed to alleviate redness and soothe the skin that can occur in babies, children, and adults. What is atopic dermatitis? Allergic known as atopic dermatitis is a chronic skin disease that is more common in children and is characterized by recurrent and itchy lesions. It is known that atopic dermatitis affects 230 million people worldwide and its prevalence is increasing gradually. Atopic dermatitis is seen in 15-20% of children and 2-8% of adults worldwide. [1] symptoms of atopic dermatitis: the typical location of atopic dermatitis lesions in babies and young children is the face, neck, arms, and outer surface of the legs. In older children and adults, it can be observed as lesions on the inner surface of the arms and the back of the knees, and sometimes on the body. Dryness can also be seen all over the body. Inflamed lesions may form on top of the lesions, and as the lesions become chronic, thickening may be seen in the skin.
