Product Q&As

I will buy it for my 3-year-old son. Can it be cleaned with a wet wipe when he paints something? Sofa, wall etc.

**** **** - 1 November 2025

Answer from Arttablo

Hello, since the product has a gel crayon structure, it is generally water-based and the paintings made on smooth surfaces (such as table, tile, glass) can be easily erased with the help of wet wipes or a damp cloth. However, paint particles may penetrate the surface on absorbent surfaces such as walls, fabrics, and sofas, so they may not be completely cleaned or may leave a mark. We wish you a nice day.

Is it used in candle dye

**** **** - 15 November 2025

Answer from Arttablo

Hello, Multi Crayon Gel Crayon is a multi-purpose paint developed in gel form. However, it is not a product suitable for use in candle making. The product is designed to be used only for painting and coloring purposes on surfaces such as paper, cardboard, and similar. We do not recommend its use in candle making, as undesirable results may occur in the candle, such as melting, discoloration or deterioration of structure. Regards

If I use it for some contour painting for professional painting, it should not be erased. Is it suitable for painting on canvas?

**** **** - 26 May 2025

Answer from Arttablo

Hello, Bigpoint Multi Crayon Gel Wax Paint is designed especially for children and hobby use with its soft texture and vibrant colors. It can be applied on canvas, but it may not be ideal for professional painting and contour works that require permanence. After drying, it may not be fixed and have full resistance to wiping. For more permanent and professional results, we recommend considering suitable materials such as acrylic or oil paint. Thank you for your interest.
