Book With knowledge I can – put your knowledge into action by Ken Blanchard / Paul J. Meyer

Product description

There was a successful author who wrote about simple truths. His books were designed to help himself and others manage and motivate people more effectively. Everyone who read his books loved his stories and messages. Millions of copies of his books were sold, but there was one thing that bothered him. This annoying thing would surface whenever someone said to him, "I've read all your books and I really love them." The author always understood that true learning involved a change in behavior. In fact, he believed that learning was a journey from knowledge to action. So, if someone praising his work expressed satisfaction with a particular concept, the author would usually ask, "How did knowing that concept change the way you act?" Most people struggled to answer this question. Therefore, they often changed the subject by talking about another concept or another book they were reading.
