Gluta-Arbutin soap: Use morning and night as a daily cleanser. Use once daily, preferably before sleep. - Gel sunscreen SPF 30: Use the SPF 30 sunscreen during daytime, especially when using the toner and whitening cream, to provide additional protection during the exfoliation process. Apply 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapply as needed.
