Product Q&As
I have a kettle with a capacity of 800 ml. Why can't I install the regulator on it? The middle one is too small for it, and the large one doesn't fit.
Answer from Brutelle
Dear customer, thank you so much for choosing Brutelle products. We have conducted thorough research on this issue. The 0.6mm gooseneck you purchased has already been adjusted, and the water flow control is quite good, so a flow regulator is not needed, which is why we did not include one. However, considering common usage scenarios, we will be including a 0.6mm flow regulator in the product. Also, if your order is unusable, you can contact Trendyol customer service for a refund. The product does not need to be returned. Thank you.

See what goes with the circular kettle
Answer from Brutelle
Dear, how many accessories did you receive with the product—three or four? If there are four, you can arrange them from largest to smallest, and the second one should match the round kettle. You can also refer to the user guide on the packaging.

Are there four sizes available to order, or just one?
Answer from Brutelle
Dear, you only need to purchase one set, which includes 4 sizes. There is no need to buy any additional sizes separately. This set can basically meet the installation requirements for most V60 kettles.

Is the filter resistant to high water temperatures and does it cause any health issues?
Answer from Brutelle
Dear, the flow regulator is made of silicone material, which can withstand high temperatures up to 250°C. It is safe for use in kettles. We recommend replacing it every three months to prevent clogging from scale or other impurities. Silicone material is very common in daily life, such as baking molds, silicone cooking tools, etc. Please feel free to use it.

Okay, how do I know the size?
Answer from Brutelle
Dear, the three sizes are provided together. However, these are only compatible with the 1000ML kettle. We expect to release flow regulators suitable for the 800ML and 900ML kettles in March.

What is the appropriate size for a Brutelle kettle: 1000 ml or 800 ml?
Answer from Brutelle
Dear, this flow regulator is compatible with the 1000ml KT10PRO model and the HR462 model. For the 900ml and 800ml kettles, we have already upgraded the gooseneck design, so they can control water flow easily even without a regulator. We will continue to upgrade the internal components to make them compatible with more models in the future.

Hi, is the silicone used in this flow regulator food-grade and certified safe for direct contact with drinking water? Also, does it release any taste, odor, or chemicals into the water at these temperatures?
Answer from Brutelle
Dear, this flow regulator is made of silicone, and we use food-grade materials. You can contact our after-sales email, and we will send you the report.
