CAN Crocodile

Product description

"the stories ""the crocodile"" and ""the dream of a ridiculous man"", which we have chosen from among the most striking works of dostoyevski, who has contributed countless great works to russian and world literature, are included in this compilation." The story “crocodile”, in which the author feels the most humor, and the “dream of a ridiculous man” lights up a ray of hope that is not familiar to the reader of dostoevsky. “crocodile”, a story with absurd elements, published in the vremya magazine in 1865, which the author published with his brother: ivan matveyevich, who went to watch the crocodile show with his wife, unexpectedly became prey to the animal. However, maybe living in a crocodile is not as bad as it is thought... if the last story written by the author before his death is “the dream of a ridiculous man”, it distinguishes itself from the others by carrying all the characteristic features in his great works and being the only one that gives optimistic messages.
