CAN Gecegezen Kızlar

Product description

The nightingirls heard the old town, belvered under their feet.

the water smelling sewage was rising incessantly, cranes were landing and climbing the hills, frescoes were being restored.

like all old cities, the city was sinking as it was repaired, it was buried deep. Are fairy tales frozen, outdated patterns, or do they express basic human concerns? "tomris uyar brings the heroes of old tales, as individuals of today, to the cities from the ""blood, post, and fog"" forests, in the ""nightgirls"" published for the first time in 1983." It emphasizes that the journey of seeking happiness is much more important than finding happiness. In this sense, he reminds the reader that the battle for freedom is an endless passion.
