Product Q&As
Is it suitable for cooking chicken and vegetables in the oven or should we use it only as a cooling wire, that is, it is not covered with pilasters?
Answer from Ehediye
Hello, it is durable, non-stick and resistant to heat up to 400 degrees.

Hello, I want to buy it to cook meatballs on it, but I don't know if it will stick. Do I need to oil it beforehand?
Answer from Ehediye
This is similar to the wire inside the ovens you know, sir. If it sticks to that, it will stick to this. You need to try

Product details
Product description
It is used to cool baked goods on the counter.
non-stick surface has a reinforced coating for quick release and easy cleanup. The product is made of iron and is electroplated. Heavy-duty construction that evenly distributes heat and prevents warping.
its spacious size allows plenty of room for cooling cakes, cookies, and breads.
easy to cool cookie, cap cake, pie and more. The grill-like surface prevents small cookies from falling through the cracks while allowing air to circulate all around, ensuring everything cools down quickly and evenly. It can be washed in the dishwasher
however, for best results, wash in warm, soapy water before first use and after each use. Cooling wire: for cookies, cakes, pastries, etc.
you place it on top of the product coming out of the oven to prevent it from steaming and softening.
air circulates all around, keeps food crispy. Gasso chocolate coating wire: pour chocolate sauce on top of donuts, profiteroles, cookies, eclairs. The excess flows down, creating a smooth coating, and drains into the tray below, keeping things tidy. Grill with sauce: after marinating meats like chicken or wings, place them on the wire rack. this allows excess sauce to drain away, ensuring the product is coated more evenly (and your plate doesn't end up swimming in sauce!). Oil draining and resting: when fried foods (like potatoes, crispy chicken, pancakes) rest on a wire rack, the oil drains into the tray, resulting in less oily food. Dimensions: 40.5 cm. - 25.5 cm. Height: 1.8 cm. Weight: 280 gr. It is sent without a box.
