Hello, how many cm is the product?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

    Hello, 33-34 cm.

    Translated by Google

Hello, do I need to put the necklace in the ground or is there any process?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

There is no such application as burying it in the soil and cleaning it. Unfortunately, this is the marketing tactic of lower level sellers. Simply hold it under running water for 20 seconds to clean it.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is there a distinction between baby girls and boys? Someone wrote in the comments to mention it.

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

Hello, no, this necklace is suitable for both girls and boys. Our customer may have mixed up our product, which they bought and commented on in a model that separates boys and girls.

    Translated by Google

Good day, I bought an amber necklace from you for my child. It is said that amber does not sink in salt water. I bought the necklace from you as amber and yours sinks, it is not amber.

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

Hello, our product is 100% Baltic amber, it is produced entirely in our own factory. At the same time, we have many years of amber production experience in Lithuania. As the Kotryna Turkey family, we produce from raw material to the final stage with the most precision. If you increase the salt ratio you use for salt water, your necklace will float in the water.

    Translated by Google

Hello, my children, the older one is 6 years old and the younger one is 1.5 years old. What size or measurements should I buy?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

Hello, if you buy 38 cm for both of them, they can use them for years. If you want, I can send you the 38 cm link.

    Translated by Google

Hello, aren't the stones very magical?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

hello, it is half a mm

    Translated by Google

Hello, should it be kept on your neck all the time? Doesn't it hurt your neck when you sleep etc. when it is attached?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

Hello, it is better if it is in constant contact with the skin, depending on your preference.

    Translated by Google

I put it on my 4 month old directly around his neck. I did not apply any action. Is it true?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

Hello, yes sir, it is true, use it with health :=)

    Translated by Google

My son is 6 years old, is it short or long for his neck?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

Hello, you can best determine whether the size is suitable or not. You can safely take your neck measurement and compare it with the measurement in the description. Thank you.

    Translated by Google

Should I run it when burying it in the ground?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

There is no such application as burying it in the soil and cleaning it. Unfortunately, this is the marketing tactic of lower level sellers. Simply hold it under running water for 20 seconds to clean it.

    Translated by Google

I don't understand how it opens, the beads are connected to each other, is it possible for me to shorten it?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

You cannot shorten it. It is suitable for a 1.5 year old baby. Actually, how many cm do you have now?

    Translated by Google

Is this necklace suitable for a baby boy?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

hello yes sir it is ok

    Translated by Google

Hello, do we need to read anything while wearing amber? Should we wear it directly?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

HELLO SIR, YOU CAN TAKE BESMELLE AND WEAR IT

    Translated by Google

How many minutes should it be kept in salt water?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

Hello, after the salt dissolves in water

    Translated by Google

Also, how many cm is the product? Is it suitable for an 8 month old baby weighing 9 kilos?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

hello 33 cmdr 0-3 age range

    Translated by Google

How many minutes to keep in salt water and how much salt and how much water?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

You can do your test when the salt is dissolved in water.

    Translated by Google

When will we start to see the Mrb effect?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

Hello, the moment you start wearing it,

Hello, I will buy it, but in the comments there are always those who say that it is not too small, I will buy it for my baby, please send it a little bigger, if it were standard, some would be satisfied and some would not say small, why would they say this way

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

Hello sir, it is big or small depending on the baby's neck size. If 33 cm is not suitable for your baby's neck, I can send you a photo of our 38 cm model.

Is it necessary to bury the product in the ground one day after it arrives, or should we take it out of the package and install it directly?

    Answer from Kotryna Türkiye

There is no such application as burying it in the soil and cleaning it. Unfortunately, this is the marketing tactic of lower level sellers. Simply hold it under running water for 20 seconds to clean it.
