Hello, the cutting tools are steel. Thank you for your interest in Cooker, Turkey's thermos brand. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Hello; - 1–9: Dough thickness setting - 9: Finest setting ❌ Not 9 mm, but 18 mm: Cutting width - 1 → thickest dough - 9 → thinnest dough - 8–9 → fairly thin dough. Pass the dough through number 1 first. Since it is the thickest setting, the dough is easy to shape. Fold the dough and run it through again from number 1, 2-3 times. Then proceed in order 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 → 6. 1 time through each number is usually enough. For classic house noodles, it is recommended to leave it at number 6 or 7. So it's not too thin and fragile. If you want thinner noodles, you can go up to size 8, if very thin, 9. Finally, pass the dough through the noodle cutting section. The suggestion is: 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 → 6. We wish you pleasant shopping.
