Before using your non-stick skillet or pot for the first time, be sure to wash it with liquid dish soap and warm water using a soft sponge, and before the first use, season the surface with a small amount of solid or liquid oil to prepare it for cooking.

Always cook your food over medium heat.

Avoid letting your pot or skillet overheat when empty.

To extend the lifespan of the non-stick surface, use plastic or wooden utensils instead of metal ones.

Never cut or chop food inside your pot or pan using sharp utensils such as knives.

It is not recommended to use non-stick products as storage containers.

Storing foods with sauces or tomato paste in non-stick pots and pans shortens their lifespan.

CAUTION: Do not allow the silicone-coated handles and grips of your silicone-lined pots to come into contact with sharp or piercing tools, and do not expose them to direct heat (open flame, grill, electric stove, etc.).

Since silicone components cannot be replaced, there are no spare parts available.

Your non-stick cookware must be cleaned after every use.

Your non-stick cookware is washable in the dishwasher

however, to ensure a longer lifespan, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and a mild detergent.

Be sure to dry your cookware completely after washing.

If you use stiff metal brushes or harsh cleaning products to clean kitchen items, scratches on the surface are inevitable.

To prevent staining on the interior surfaces, the product should be rinsed with water and dried after each cleaning.

Storing non-stick products nested inside one another can cause scratches and deformation on the surfaces and rims.

Additionally, placing lids with long handles upside down can cause the handle to damage the pot’s surface.

Limescale stains, water stains, and other external factors are not related to the quality of the material used and do not affect the warranty.
