Product Q&As
Hello, I bought the product last week and left it because I liked it, but I just started using it and there is always a black rash on the love part and the clothes stick to it. Why is this and how will it be fixed?
Answer from Craftelier
Hello, our products are made from genuine calf leather without using any additives, so no chemical has been applied to the bottom part of the strap. Therefore, natural genuine leather will have feather debris for a period of time. The debris will disappear over time as you use the product. The debris is the leather dust it contains when it is passed through the cylinder during leather production. Until these rashes disappear, if you do not prefer the product on light-colored clothes, you will notice that it fades over time. We thank you.
