darshion The Poet

Product description

Love for 'Cyrano de Bergerac' was not just an empty word or a cold smile, but sacrifice in its highest form.

While he loved his cousin 'Roxane', he thought his large nose prevented 'Roxane' from reciprocating his love

so he did not confess his love to her, and kept it hidden in his heart, sacrificing the most precious thing in his life for her happiness.

He did not lack the trick to marry her to 'Christian' whom she chose as a lover, and she thought he was the smartest and bravest person thanks to 'Cyrano's' trick, and 'Cyrano' even took him as a close friend.

'Roxane' did not know what was in 'Cyrano's' heart until he was on his deathbed.

'Al-Manfaluti' intended his novel to send a message to lovers, meaning that love is self-annihilation for the sake of the other, suffering for their sake, and giving without return, just to see them happy, even if you are miserable.
