Good, but it gives off a strange smell, has many accessories, and the steam power is good.

Honestly, it's amazing. I cleaned the oven and it looks like new, even though I've had it for years. I also cleaned a stain on the carpet. Honestly, I regret buying it.

The product is beautiful and powerful in pumping steam. I really liked it... The floor attachments are excellent, easy to use, and very comfortable. There are two attachments for floors and carpets, along with a cloth for surfaces. The quality is fine, and they can be replaced from any other location. The product was delivered quickly in just two days. However, there are some flaws that can be avoided. 1: The steam button needs to be pressed throughout use, which is tiring. 2: It emits a strange smell like burning or burning plastic while in use. 3: The small parts, as shown in the attached photos, cannot be installed in the gun slot in any way because they are not compatible with the device's inlet. In addition, there is a missing part that I did not find, as specified in the blue photo. (I ask the seller to contact me and resolve the issue amicably)♡♡ 4: The power cord is very short, which is not suitable for mopping floors and is impractical. 5: The hose becomes very hot during use, which is unsafe... However, a thick cloth cover can be made for the hose. Thank you to the seller ♡

Air flows from the base when the device is turned off. Is this normal? There is air flowing from the filling area.

It means it leaks and the pressure is heavy on the hand. It's not good, and it's not even close to being good.

The floor mop is a single piece and gets dirty quickly, and you have to hold down the pressure button, which is tiring.

Bad, bad, be careful when you buy it. I ordered it, it arrived, I tried it, it takes a long time to heat up the water and releases steam quickly. You can only clean a small part of it, so I returned it and they refused to take it back. Be careful when you buy it, it's bad, you'll lose your money and end up throwing it in the trash. And those who say good. May God not forgive you or the seller.
