Product Q&As
Can breastfeeding mothers use it?
Answer from biYou Shop
Hello, the product is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers. It contains ingredients that can affect hormonal balance, metabolism, and immunity. With doctor's approval, it would be most appropriate to take iron, B12, vitamin D, and omega 3 supplements if necessary. We wish you healthy days

You said it does not cause acne, but biotin generally causes acne in oily and acne-prone skin and it is not recommended to use this type of skin. What is your opinion on this? I am afraid to use it because my skin is oily and I have had acne history.
Answer from biYou Shop
Hello, when I looked at the comments, I saw that there was a comment from another store. We don't have such a comment. Biotin can cause acne, it is suitable for your skin. This product is not just biotin, it contains B5 and zinc to reduce acne formation. If you're not using high doses, and you're not using any other oily supplements or skincare products, and you're mindful of your routine, you can try it and see how it works for you. If there is acne formation, you can stop using it or reduce it. The dose used is important. If you use 1 of this product once a day you will probably have no problem

I use collagen. Is there any problem in using it together?
Answer from biYou Shop
Hello. If you are just using the collagen it should be fine. If there are additional additives, it will be heavy to use together.

Does it have any side effects?
Answer from biYou Shop
Hello. It is not a medicine, it is a nutritional supplement. After the dosage is not exceeded, you can use it with peace of mind during pregnancy, with the recommendation of a doctor and if you do not have any special sensitivities.

The product made me dizzy. Is it normal after using it?
Answer from biYou Shop
Hello, it does not contain any content that will cause dizziness. It would be more appropriate to evaluate the product in general, not specifically, and to take other factors into consideration. If you have doubts about the product, you can stop using it for a few days and observe the situation.

Hello, there is shampoo in the comments. Is this product swallowable, sir?
Answer from biYou Shop
Hello, the promotional package with shampoo and capsule was released 2 years ago, and then it was continued with the capsule form you see with the same barcode. We have 1 piece but we did not put it on sale, SKT ends at the end of the year. If you still request it, we can ship it. Under normal circumstances, we send the product as shown in the picture, it is a capsule, you need to swallow it
